Working with large public and private organisations on supply chain management and commercial development issues, this management consultancy was originally called Performance Consulting and were looking for help with their brand identity. After listening to their concerns regarding their existing name, which was being confused for a recruitment consultancy firm or even a sports performance company, we played with a few different ideas for new names before advising them to change the company name to MaguireIzatt, which is the combined surnames names of the Directors. We kept the brand really strong, clean and simple and used the bright, zesty green to punch out of the grey for a dramatic impact.

As part of the full re-brand process for MaguireIzatt we created their stationery items, art directed a photoshoot of their new office and key personnel to use this imagery in their new company brochure and on their website.

We also designed a 101 negotiation tips book, written by Rob Maguire and entitled ‘Eat the Ugly Frog!’ as well as training literature for their consultancy workshops and a series of information leaflets containing a number of articles written by Janet Izatt and Rob Maguire.
