What’s it like working with us?

We’re friendly, jargon-free and passionate about good branding and design. We take a huge amount of pride in the branding and graphic design work we do for our clients. We want you to succeed and we always go the extra mile to help you get there.

We will guide you through every step of the process and keep you updated so you always know where we’re up to and then you can expect to see visual concepts, the final artwork files etc.

As a husband and wife team (Jan Paul and Caroline), you will only ever be dealing with us direct – usually Caroline (that’s me!) will be the person keeping you up to date and going through all the details with you. It’s my job to ensure you’re happy and that we’re keeping the branding project or graphic design job on track, to the agreed budget and that it hits your brief.

We don’t like marketing waffle – it’s just baffling for everyone, including us! And marketing isn’t rocket science, we believe it’s about keeping things clean and simple so you can communicate the right look, feel and messaging to your target audience.

Keeping it clean and simple has always been our mantra for creating strong brands that will still look good in years to come. We’ve still got work displayed here on our website from years ago because we know it still look fresh today!
